Member access

Find a username, Roblox ID, or account ID

Private administrative information. Connected accounts show a verified Roblox ID. Legacy profiles are retained separately until their ownership can be verified.

Privacy requests

Record requests received through department channels and verify ownership before disclosing information or marking them completed.

Changing request status records your decision; it does not send records, correct member data, or erase data. Use Remove member for account and personal portal record removal. Review shared records, exported copies, and provider backups separately before resolving a broader erasure request.

Assign SRT permissions

Every account is a Registered Member. Choose its division permissions below. These permissions do not change Roblox group ranks, award certifications, or grant Website Administrator access.

Division permissions

SRT Operators can use the academy knowledge check. SRA Instructors can post evaluations, edit and remove their own evaluations, and review academy results. SRT Command also has command review and equipment catalog tools. Only the website owner can assign these permissions.
